Missing Slice Award Sweepstakes Rules

Contest Sponsor: Corporate Research International (CRI), 130 E. Sandusky St., Findlay, Ohio, 45840.

1. No Purchase Necessary. The Corporate Research International Missing Slice Award Sweepstakes starts at 12:01 AM EST June 24, 2009 and continues until 11:59 PM EST on September 30, 2009.

2. To enter, go online to www.MissingSlice.com and use the online entry form to submit your name, email address, city, state or province, country and name of your favorite local pizza shop. All submissions will be entered into the Missing Slice Award Sweepstakes. At the completion of the sweepstakes on September 30, 2009, the pizza shop with the most number of submissions will receive the Missing Slice Award. In addition, all submissions for the winning pizza shop will be entered into a drawing to win $1,000 worth of pizza from the winning pizza shop courtesy of Corporate Research International. Submissions must be made no later than 11:59 PM EST on September 30, 2009.

3. This contest is open only to legal residents of the United States, the District of Columbia and Canada who are of the age of majority of their state of residence. Employees of CRI and their families are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per person please.

4. A random drawing from all completed, approved entries received for the winner of the Missing Slice Award as of the contest closing date will be made on October 1, 2009, at approximately 10:00 AM EST, in Findlay, Ohio. Odds of winning depend on the number of completed, approved entries received for the winning pizza shop nomination. Selected entrants will be contacted using the information they provided at the time of entry by November 1, 2009.

5. By entering this contest, each entrant consents to the use of his/her name, city of residence, likeness and/or photograph in any publicity carried out by CRI, and their advertising and promotional agencies, without further notice or compensation to entrant.

6. All entries become the property of CRI.

7. By entering this contest, entrants release and hold harmless CRI from any liability in connection with this contest or participation in any contest related activities or, if declared a winner, the use or misuse of a prize.
