It’s the star of Friday night family dinners. It’s the staple of college dorms. It’s the food of choice for hungry pee wee baseball teams. It’s hot, scrumptious, always pleasing PIZZA.

Every town across America boasts independent pizzerias that have been baking pies for years. Their recipe for success is the care that goes into making every pizza and the special ingredients that gives each restaurant its own unique flavor.

Corporate Research International’s Missing Slice Award recognizes and celebrates these independent pizza shops. We’re asking customers across the U.S. to tell us which  independent pizzerias make pizza “so good you can’t help but swipe a slice.”

The pizza restaurant with the most nominations will win the Missing Slice Award. From those nominations, Corporate Research International will conduct a random drawing to select one lucky winner of $1,000 worth of free pizza from the winning pizza shop.

Remember, the more nominations your favorite pizza shop receives, the better chance you have of winning the grand prize. The sweepstakes ends on September 30, 2009.
